In May 2005, NSI was awarded Seaport-e prime contract, Number N00178-05-D-4466. Under the Seaport-e contract, NSI provides world class professional support services for all Navy/Marine Corps Systems Command Program Executive Offices, Directorates and field activities. The following size status classifications apply to NSI under this contract: Small Business, Veteran Owned Small Business and Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business. This contract is effective in all seven zones of the United States, as follows:

  • Zone 1 - Northeast
  • Zone 2 - National Capital
  • Zone 3 - Mid Atlantic
  • Zone 4 - Gulf Coast
  • Zone 5 - Midwest
  • Zone 6 - Southwest

NSI provides a full range of logistics support services necessary to support the EA-6B Fielded Systems and Productive Ratios teams in the areas of configuration management, tooling analysis, cost, maintenance, supportability and reliability analysis, and systems integration.

E2/C-2 Logistics (PMA-231) Logistics Program Management Support and Logistics Supportability Analyses. NSI provides PMA-231 with Logistics Program Management Support, and Logistics Supportability Analyses for the E-2/C-2 Weapon System, Power and Propulsion System, and Support Equipment.


M804 PMA 274 (Document)

Presidential Helicopter Logistics (PMA-274) In-Service VH-3D and VH-60N Presidential Helicopter Support. NSI provides analysis and evaluation of related logistics, cost readiness, and supportability analysis; and plan and develop specific logistic elements of configuration management in support of weapon systems, training systems, airborne weapons and support equipment training requirements.

Support Services to PMA-209 NAVAIR Foreign Military Sales (FMS) Team. NSI provides engineering, financial, logistics and program management support for successful International Fleet mission executions.


M806-AIR 1.4 (Document)

The Naval Air Systems Command, International Programs Department (AIR-1.4) is responsible for the ongoing program management of various security assistance programs including, but not limited to, the SH-2 G (variant) aircraft for various foreign countries. The AIR-1.4 Policy and Training Division is responsible for providing the NAVAIR international community with guidance on the implementation of new and modified policies, ensuring NAVAIR personnel achieve their required International Affairs Certification levels by providing the required training courses, and improving processes by compiling and analyzing metrics for lean-six sigma projects.


M807 PMA 234 (Document)

The EA-6B has been designated as the sole DOD escort Jamming aircraft and is a High Demand Low Density platform. PMA-234 has many on-going studies and modifications designed to ensure that the platform is safe and operationally effective throughout its expected service life ending in 2018 requiring in-depth logistics support. NSI provides system integration and logistics support; develop supportability, maintainability, availability, and cost analyses; develop and manage specific elements of Configuration Management.

The Presidential Helicopters Program Office (PMA-274) at Naval Air Station (NAS) Patuxent River, Maryland services to perform program management, acquisition management, technical, security and administrative support tasks to support the execution of PMA- 274 acquisition programs.


M809 PMA 274 (Document)

Program Management, Acquisition Management, Technical, Security, and Administrative Support Services for NAVAIR Presidential Helicopters Program Office, PMA 274. In support of this effort, NSI will provide new acquisition and In-Service Integrated Product Support program management and logistics planning support services in the key areas of program/financial management, all integrated product support elements, configuration/modification management, inventory management, training support, acquisition logistics, sustainment logistics, and termination logistics support.
