Background

Naval Systems, Inc. (NSI), was established in January 2004 and began operations on February 1, 2004. We are a Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business currently operating in Maryland, North Carolina, Florida, and California. Our company is built on character. Our core values include quality, integrity, teamwork and success.

Leadership

Co-Founders Dan Seifert and Ed Rule have over fifty years combined experience in naval operations, engineering, finance, and contractor support services.

Dan's background was as an H-53 and EA-6B pilot in the United States Marine Corps, a Chief Engineer for the EA-6B Prowler Program, and a senior engineering consultant to multiple Naval Aviation programs. Dan has served as an executive in two small businesses providing support services to the Department of Defense. He holds a Bachelor's of Science degree in Engineering and a Master's of Science degree in Business.

Ed served in the United States Navy as a Surface Warfare Supply Corps Officer and within the acquisition community as a Business/Financial Manager for the EA-6B Program Office, the Program Executive Officer for Tactical Aircraft Programs, and the Assistant Secretary of the Navy for Research, Development and Acquisition. Ed has five years of senior management consulting experience supporting the Naval Air Warfare Center and various Naval Aviation programs and offices. He also served as an executive in two small businesses providing support services to the Department of Defense. He holds a Bachelor's of Business Administration degree in Management and a Master's of Business Administration degree with concentrations in Management and Finance.
